In Episode 8, Shaun and Elatia address the loneliness epidemic in the workplace. Stemming from a trending topic on LinkedIn (search #LonelyAtWork) and a Harvard Business Review article written by a former US Surgeon General, we discuss some of the contributing factors to loneliness and how, despite all our technological advances, people feel lonelier than ever at work. We also provide a handful of changes that individuals and leaders should be focused on making in order to address these issues on the ground level.
